I am participating in the 2022 Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk presented by Hyundai, taking steps toward the ultimate finish line: a world without cancer.
My wife Sharon was diagnosed with Metastatic Breast Cancer in 2015 on our 25th wedding anniversary. After the initial whirlwind that a diagnosis like that brings to a family, we knew Dana Farber was the perfect fit for her. She was put on a clinical trial that has shrunk and kept her cancer stable for the past 6 years. We walk every year to give back for all the amazing work being done at the institute.
