WHY WE'RE FUNDRAISING WITH THE JIMMY FUND WALK TO FIGHT CANCER
Join Team GI as we participate in the 2022 Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk presented by Hyundai. For many years the GI department has had a great showing from our members and this year we hope to have a team of staff, families, friends and more join us as the walk takes place in person once again!!!!
Your support as a walker, a fundraiser or a rallying cry for others to join us is important! Funds raised through the Jimmy Fund Walk enable Dana-Farber leaders to enhance programs and initiatives that serve pediatric and adult patients and their families.
If you have never done this before don't worry, it's a go at your own pace day with lots of fun. We hope to have virtual walkers, 26.2 mile walkers, 13.1 mile walkers and 5 or 1 mile walkers on the team. All of us will finish together and get a chance to celebrate our fundraising.
