I'm a long-term survivor of childhood cancer. I had a Wilm's tumor in 1960 and was treated at Boston Children's Hospital, thanks to the Jimmy Fund. My doctor was Sidney Farber.
As a writer and singer-songwriter, I composed a new show called Choosing Happy: A Musical Memoir. The piece is a 50 minute podcast about my medical journey. I'm hoping the show will be healing for cancer patients, long-term survivors, family members, and those who struggle with life in general.
Thank you for visiting my Giving Page to support cancer research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund. Dana-Farber provides expert, compassionate care to children and adults. It's also home to groundbreaking cancer discoveries.
Since its founding in 1948, the Jimmy Fund has raised millions of dollars through thousands of community efforts to advance Dana-Farber’s mission.
