I am participating in the 2023 Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk presented by Hyundai, taking steps toward the ultimate finish line: a world without cancer.

My brother, Jim, was diagnosed with a glioblastoma in March of 2022.  At that time, our world felt like it was falling apart.  Due to the care and incredible doctors, nurses and staff at Dana Farber and the care and support of his amazing family, he is winning this fight like a champ!  He truly is a warrior!  You are such an inspiration to me big brother.  I am so grateful to Dana Farber for this gift of my amazing brother still being with us.   Love you, Jim!

My sister, Sandy, and niece, Kelli, were diagnosed with breast cancer during the past year and a half.  The surgeries and treatments they went through sometimes seemed unbearable but they persevered and, thankfully, they are both doing very well!  Love you both!  

I am so blessed to have my wonderful family, it's time for me to do all I can to show my support to DFCI.  We have to do all we can to stop this terrible disease.  When you make a gift to my Walk, you’re directly supporting Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s unique 50-50 balance between cutting-edge research and compassionate patient care.
