On a personal note, Ryley's mom Cat was diagnosed with Stage IV esophageal and metastatic brain cancer in August ‘20. Having undergone >100 rounds of chemo, 4 craniotomies, and many more immunotherapies, research and medical advances have been crucial for her care and treatment plan. Dana-Farber is one of the leading cancer institutes in the country and the world and even was the source of a second opinion for Cat’s diagnosis.
Dana-Farber provides expert, compassionate care to children and adults and is home to groundbreaking cancer discoveries. Since its founding in 1948, the Jimmy Fund has raised millions of dollars through thousands of community efforts to advance Dana-Farber’s mission.
The funding from this page will go directly towards resources and assistance for patients in-need and their families, at the request of Cat herself.
