Thank you to everyone who walked in the 2021 Jimmy Fund Walk: Your Way and to those who donated. No matter where you chose to walk, your steps helped fuel the lifesaving research and patient care that make Dana-Farber Cancer Institute special.
There is still time to support the walkers. Cancer doesn’t stop, so neither will we.

After participating for 14 years in the Boston area, even a move couldn’t stop Team CarPEDiem and Team Captain Dina Trueheart from completing their 15th Jimmy Fund Walk in Milton, Georgia. Dina, her husband Aaron, and her daughter Skylar safely completed the Walk in their new neighborhood!
Chief Steve Wojnar, Chief of the Dudley Police and a colorectal cancer survivor, has been walking for 18 years as a member of Team Police Chiefs. John walked the course in Boston for the first time in 2019 in honor of his granddaughter Olivia. Despite not being able to travel to Boston this past year, he completed the Jimmy Fund Walk: Your Way in Michigan.
Janet and her daughter, Ava, walk in honor of Janet’s sister who is being treated for Inflammatory Breast Cancer at Dana-Farber. Though they missed walking with Dr. Overmoyer and Team IBC, they laced up their sneakers in their home state of NJ for the 2020 Jimmy Fund Walk: Your Way.
Karen and her family walk to honor Karen's brother, Will. Their team, In Memory of Will Kraft, has raised more than $700K since they started walking. Since they couldn't come to Boston in 2020, Karen and her family walked their way in Washington!
