Dear family and friends,
I am participating in the 2019 Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk in memory of my stepfather Bill Page. He passed away December 3, 2018 after a 10 year battle with Prostate Cancer. During that time he faced multiple surgeries, radiation, chemotherapy and experimental treatments. Bill faced each challenge with optimism and determination. He had a "never give up" attitude. I hope these traits will carry me through as I walk 26.2 miles on September 22 with my sister Emily and Bill's daughter Jennifer. My nephews, Philip and Ethan, will be joining us for the last 5K.
When you make a gift to my walk, you're directly supporting Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's cutting edge science and highly compassionate cancer care. Your support allows Dana-Farber to enhance programs and initiatives that serve pediatric and adult patients and their families.
I also walk in memory of other family members who have lost their lives to cancer:
Roger Cutler, Jr 1972
Edward Cutler 1996
Almon Huff 1998
Cheryl Miller 2001
I walk in honor of family members living with cancer:
Thank you for your support,
