WHY WE'RE FUNDRAISING WITH THE JIMMY FUND WALK TO FIGHT CANCER
This Sunday, October 6th, I am participating in the 2024 Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk presented by Hyundai.
This year in particular has hit me and my family quite hard. My brother-in-law Jake is courageously battling lung cancer, my sister Marianne is in the midst of her journey at Dana Farber in Boston for invasive breast cancer and my sister Kathy who has been being treated for Barret's esophagus for the past 8 years was diagnosed with esophageal cancer.
Last year with the graciousness of my family and friends, I raised over $5000 surpassing my goal. I am optimistically hoping to do the same this year if possible. My family needs the positivity of hope and longevity along with many other cancer patients in this world.

compassionate patient care. Your support allows Dana-Farber leaders to
enhance programs and initiatives that serve pediatric and adult patients
and their families.
