On August 18, hundreds of Dana-Farber runners, including myself, will participate in the 52nd running of the ASICS Falmouth Road Race! I am training to run 7-miles along Cape Cod’s scenic coastline, while raising critical funds that directly support Dana-Farber Cancer Institute patients and families, in New England and around the world.
I will be running alongside my brother, Matt, to defy cancer & most importantly, for our well-known Hamilton-Wenham resident & sports fanatic grandmother “Nans” who was recently diagnosed with cancer in April. Doubling the fundraising minimum is the least I could do for our strong, caring, and loving grandmother - we love you Nans! ❤
