In 2021, hundreds of Dana-Farber runners will take to the streets to participate in the 125th Boston Marathon®. The Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge team runs and raises funds with thousands of special people in mind. For me, that is my dad, Skip. From Hopkington to Boston, each step will be for my dad.
My dad, Skip, was diagnosed with brain cancer back in September 2017. Since then, he’s gone through four major brain surgeries and what feels like hundreds of rounds of chemotherapy, infusion and radiation at Dana-Farber. He truly has been on the receiving end of exceptional treatment at DFCI. We really do have DFCI’s commitment to cutting-edge research to thank for all the treatment that has been readily available to him.
100% of every dollar raised will go towards the innovative research that allows people of young and old to stand victorious over cancer.
Thank you for your support! Together, we're headed toward the ultimate finish line: a world without cancer.
