Defy cancer with the Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge!
On July 8, 2022, at 41 years old, I heard words I never imagined I would. “You have cancer”. Stage 3, grade 3 breast cancer to be exact.
Over the next year, I underwent 20 weeks of chemo, a lumpectomy, a mastectomy and 25 rounds of radiation. In December, I’ll finish reconstruction. In January, I’ll start training for Boston. But I need your help getting to Athlete’s Village.
