WHY WE'RE FUNDRAISING WITH THE JIMMY FUND WALK TO FIGHT CANCER

The 9th Annual Napier Financial Jimmy Fund Golf Classic is Monday, 9/23/2024 at Marshfield Country Club.

 100% of all funds raised by this event is donated to The Jimmy Fund to further the research, treatment and cure of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).

A Message from John P. Napolitano:

My first real-life experience with cancer was my Mom, who passed 39 years ago, just 5 months after our wedding. Everyone knows someone who has dealt with cancer, and in today’s world some people are being cured and living longer, but there is still a long way to go.​​When we decided over 8 years ago to support the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and The Jimmy Fund, it was an easy decision. Did you know that Dana Farber holds more patents for cancer treatments than anyone else in the world? This doesn’t happen by wishing for a cure, it happens with dedication, time, and money.


With that in mind, I am asking for your time, dedication, and contribution to help support the lifesaving work being done at DFCI. When you support our cause, 100% of your donation goes directly to the charity.

 
We're always very humbled at the generosity and responsiveness of our friends ... especially those who choose to contribute that can't join the outing.
