My husband Richy and I are participating in the 2022 Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk presented by Hyundai, taking steps toward the ultimate finish line: a world without cancer.
We are honored to be a part of Team Ritchie and to walk in his honor. We'd known Ritchie Strangie since his Kindergarten years with our son. He was a special young man with a heart of gold. His smile lit up the room.
In June 2018, at the young age of 28, Ritchie lost his 2-year battle with Cancer. Ritchie had participated in several of the Jimmy Fund events and his parents say they were so good to him. This weekend we will honor him by raising funds for the Jimmy Fund.
