Health & Safety and Event Accessibility
The Jimmy Fund Walk’s priority continues to be the health and safety of our community. We ask that you do not participate in the Event if, within the 48 hours preceding the Event, you have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19, influenza, norovirus, or any other infectious disease (including, but not limited to, fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle aches, headache, new loss or taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea).
The Jimmy Fund Walk is making strides to ensure our event is as inclusive and accessible as possible. Currently, we offer wheelchairs at our 5K start from Dana-Farber Cancer Institute; accessible bathrooms at start lines, the finish line, and along the course; ASL interpretation at the Dana-Farber 5K start and during the finish line speaking program; and space for nursing/pumping parents at the finish line. Please contact us to inquire about additional accommodations. While we will do our best to address your needs, unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
